In June 1994, she sang her first Marschallin in Der Rosenkavalier under Hans Wallat, in a new production by Lukas-Kindermann with the Dortmund Opera.

In season 1995-6, she sang her first Senta in Flying Dutchman, a new production at the Darmstadt Opera under conductor Marc Albrecht. This was followed by new productions of Ariadne, Fidelio and Tosca.

Season 1996-97 includes Wozzeck‘s Marie and Rosenkavalier‘s Marschallin and her soprano debut as Ariadne with the Australian Opera Sydney, Melbourne.
